Messaging Terms

Transactional email may be sent for inquiries, account security, invitations, billing, booking, support, and other requested service events when configured. SMS and MMS require an enabled account, approved configuration, and an available provider; MMS is not generally available today.

Customers are responsible for identifying recipients, obtaining any required consent, providing required notices, and using each destination only for the disclosed purpose. Consent for service messages does not automatically authorize marketing messages, and consent is not a condition of purchase where applicable law requires otherwise.

Customers must maintain accurate records and honor opt-outs, revocations, quiet hours, and applicable carrier or provider requirements. Program identity, sender identity, consent source, disclosure version, and opt-out history should be documented for any activated program.

• Message and data rates may apply to SMS or MMS recipients.
• Message frequency varies by the configured workflow, campaign, appointment, or service event.
• Delivery may be delayed, filtered, blocked, or unavailable because of carriers, providers, device settings, or network conditions.
• No message delivery, open, response, or conversion is guaranteed.

Where SMS or MMS is enabled, recipients may use STOP or another reasonable revocation method to withdraw consent. HELP may request assistance where supported. Customers must promptly honor revocations and maintain suppression records; PSD may also suppress destinations to protect recipients or comply with law.

• Do not send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, unsolicited, or prohibited high-risk messages.
• Do not evade suppression, spoof identity, rotate numbers to bypass controls, or misuse carrier registration.
• Do not upload or use a contact list without the rights, notices, and permissions required for the intended messages.

Messaging destinations and consent evidence are processed to provide the configured service, maintain suppression, investigate abuse, and comply with law. Mobile information and SMS/MMS consent information obtained for a messaging program are not sold or shared with unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes, except as necessary to provide messaging, comply with law, protect rights or security, or as otherwise disclosed or authorized. Carriers and providers may process mobile data to deliver messages. The Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy also apply.

Activated commercial email programs must use accurate sender information, truthful subject lines, required advertising identification, a valid physical postal address, an unsubscribe method, and suppression of opt-outs. Transactional or relationship messages are treated according to their primary purpose. Provider involvement does not remove the sender's responsibilities.

PSD may require review, registration, provider approval, or additional terms before activating messaging. Features may be suspended when consent, content, provider, carrier, or legal requirements are not met. Contact legal@platformstudiodesigns.com with questions.
