Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Request project cancellation in writing to contact@platformstudiodesigns.com. The initial or down payment becomes non-refundable once work begins. Work already completed, approved deliverables, and committed third-party costs remain payable or non-refundable as described in the applicable proposal or agreement. Any unused prepaid amount may be reviewed based on work completed and committed costs.

A down payment or other amount may become non-refundable once project work begins or costs are committed, subject to the written agreement and applicable law. Financing terms do not create a separate refund entitlement and do not automatically cancel hosting or service obligations.

Hosting and recurring services are handled under the selected service arrangement and may be administered by PSD Domain Hosting & Solutions LLC d/b/a PSD Domain Hosting & Solutions as reseller/service intermediary. Ongoing hosting/service is month-to-month unless a signed agreement states otherwise; written cancellation should be provided before the next renewal, and already earned service is not refundable unless required by law or agreement. Domain registration, registrar or registry charges, licenses, payment processing, messaging, add-ons, and other third-party services may have non-refundable costs once ordered or committed and may be governed by provider rules.

Promotional codes record a requested offer and do not by themselves guarantee eligibility or create an automatic accounting credit. PSD confirms qualifying terms before applying an approved promotion to an eligible initial build or transfer.
